# How to Create a Buyer Estimate

Learn how to create a Buyer Estimate to show buyers projected monthly payments and estimated closing costs.

A Buyer Estimate helps buyers understand the financial side of purchasing a home.

To create one:

1.  Go to **Estimates**
    
2.  Select **Buyer Estimate**
    
3.  Enter details such as:
    

• Purchase price  
• Down payment  
• Loan terms  
• Property location

4.  Click **Calculate**
    

The estimate will display projected monthly payments and estimated closing costs.
